About This Project

Anna , a young Colombian women who lives in Paris and who is emotionally unstable, insists on proving that she is capable of being a responsible mother.

She dreams of converting an old abandoned shack, owned by her family on a Colombian beach, into a hotel. She convinces her best friend, Bruno, an indebted alcoholic, to come with her on this adventure. Together they kidnap her son, Nathan, from the claws of his grandmother and escape to Bogota.

In Colombia, the three travel through the country in search of a future and dream of normalcy. As they are about to reach their final goal, their lives are transformed. While Bruno reconciles with his life, Anna sinks into the tragedy of her illness in front of her son’s eyes, forcing him to mature before his time.
